1933 - Little Printing Company, Inc. was incorporated by Harold and Dan Little.
January 1, 1979 - The company was purchased by the Staub Family. The company offered printing only in 1979. The Staubs immediately grew the business with the addition of office supplies, computer products, office furniture and office machines.
1984 - As the business grew, more space for retail sales and a showroom was necessary. Paul and Joyce Staub purchased the present location, a 10,000 square foot building, located at 110 South Beeson Avenue in Uniontown, PA. Also in 1984, Mark IV
Office Supply Co. was established as the name for the office products division.
1986 - A 12,000 square foot building located at 244 East Fayette Street in Uniontown was purchased for the purpose of a warehouse.
1990 - Mark IV Office Supply Company opened a store located at 62 East High Street in Waynesburg, PA, serving Greene County.
1992 - Mark IV Office Supply Company opened a store located at 124 North Broadway in Scottdale, PA serving the Mount Pleasant, Latrobe and Greensburg areas.
1995 - Mark IV Office Supply Company opened a store located at 214 East Alder Street, Oakland, MD serving Garrett County, Maryland and parts of West Virginia.
2004 - Mark IV Office Supply Company purchased City Office. The Uniontown location of City Office was moved to the Beeson Avenue store and the Connellsville store is located at 202 North Pittsburgh Street.
2006 - Mark IV suffered the loss of Paul A. Staub (Chairman of Board). Although Paul is not here physically, his guidance and philosophy continue through the idea of complete customer service carried on by his family and employees.
